1mm filter with silicone seals and cleaning valve.

We can modify stock Y filter to allow a custom filtration level. If sufficient details are available, we can manufacture filters for you existing Y filter, or we can supply complete new units.

Coarser than standard filtration can be achieved with a simple mesh tube filter, but finer than standard filtration levels usually require seals on the end of the mesh tube to prevent larger particles bypassing the filter. These seals can be made from silicone, pvc or polyurethane.

Stock Y filters come with female BSP fitting, and are available in the following sizes, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3” and 4”. All sizes in either brass or stainless. We are also happy to source non standard sizing, material or fitment, such and flanges.

As well as custom filters, we can install blow through valves for quick and easy filter cleaning.
